Developer – Generative AI

We are seeking a dynamic professional with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data science and generative AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning techniques, generative AI, and experience with productionizing ML models, preferably in cloud environments. Experience in developing and implementing Agentic AI systems for context-aware and dynamic solutions is highly desirable.

• Develop, and implement state-of-the-art techniques in the field of Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques to enhance LLM-based systems by integrating external knowledge for dynamic and contextually accurate responses.
• Develop and integrate Agentic AI systems to enable dynamic, context-aware decision-making.
• Build ML models, leverage MLOPS techniques and be responsible for building end to end model pipelines on the cloud.
• Be informed and updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI/ML.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of practical experience in AI/ML and data science, with a proven track record with generative AI using LLMs.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Agentic AI systems for context-aware and dynamic solutions.
• Experience working with Agentic AI systems and frameworks like CrewAI, LangGraph, Autogen etc.
• Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques, including integrating external knowledge bases into generative AI workflows.
• Experience with building models and operationalizing model pipelines  on the cloud.
• Extensive experience working on any cloud platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
